Ordered on 5 November and still nothing arrived. Latest update says that it just left the German distribution centre after sitting there since November 29 .. I do not know if this company is a scam. The customer service has been prompt and polite but if nothing arrives, how can I rate otherwise? Delivery is for Spain. Update. The products did finally arrive and are as described. The company offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase with them. I have given them 4 stars given the issue with delivery. They really need to improve this going forward. As I said before, their customer service was good throughout the process to keep me informed which is why they got 4 stars.

The supplements were easy to order and it was delivered on time. Since I just started taking the suplements I do not know yet how efective they are.

Just started taking partiQlar NMN this week. I already feel more energy. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. It seems to be working. I had tried an another brand of NMN claiming it’s “liposomal” to improve absorption. Apparently an advertising ploy since partiQlar absorption seems to be better.

I love the product, but shipping takes much longer than any other normal products. I ordered on 7/26; it's been a full week and I'm still waiting on delivery.
