The PASS Program changed the way I approach organizing my knowledge of medicine. I previously was someone who relied largely on memorization and association. At PASS, I learned new information but also a new way of thinking that is concept-based and connected many dots that can remain unnoticed in medical education. I left the PASS program confident and inspired. I could approach any question I was faced with for board exams and clinically. After numerous attempts, I was finally successful in passing my medical board exam. Dr. Francis teaches you ways to learn large amounts of information in a short period, not only remember it but understand it. This program has changed my life, it has taught me how to properly attack questions and build my self confidence. Also, the one on one attention you get weekly with your tutors really allows you to figure out what you are Doing g wrong or right as well as helps you stay on task!

PASS Program has been absolutely wonderful and supportive! This is a review for Step2/Comlex Level 2 Live Online program specifically. The lectures focus on Step1 materials for most of the day (step2/level 2 is from 4:30-6:30pm), and it is great for taking you back to the basics and truly understanding concepts through physiology- I would actively connect the concepts you learn in Step1 materials to Step2 clinical/diagnosis/treatment while going through the program and writing it down in the book. The morning questions program is a MUST for active learning and really honing down on the test taking strategies. I worked with the tutors towards the end of the program and definitely wished I signed up earlier during the program- they were very helpful in going over my weaker subjects and concepts we talked about during tutoring sessions showed up on my exam! Because the review course is lecture-heavy, it can be difficult to have energy to do practice questions at the end of the day. I suggest doing 20 questions on week days (perhaps on subjects you went over in lectures) and doing 60-80 randomized on weekend days to keep a steady schedule. I think the encouraging environment that PASS provides is the best aspect of the program- the instructors, the tutors, other students in the program really wants you to succeed.
