Paul Milnes CyclesReviews of paulmilnescycles.com

I don’t leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. I have just had one of the best bike buying experiences ever ( & I have bought a few!). Purchased a CX bike (XXXS) for my 8 yr old CX racer, from start to finish Oliver was brilliant, great advice and despite a supply delay of an upgraded component , he went the extra mile and got the bike built and it was sat in my hall way the next working day ( Devon) and we have it ready for the next round. It really felt like dealing with my local bike shop and super pleased with the bike. I know an 8yr old who is going to be chuffed to bits and will be riding it in the next round of the CX series. Thank you Oliver

Excellent service and good coms , Good product Ridley Kanzo frame , super fast delivery. Thanks

Oliver from Paul Milnes Cycles is an absolute gem and his customer service is second to none. They will bend over backwards to help their customers and has helped me source parts which nobody else can get. Five stars all day for me.

First time using this retailer but item came well packaged & via next day royal mail. Very happy.

Only used them once (so far) but absolutely superb service. Good price, very rapid delivery - no fuss. Just a good experience.
