I ordered a hat for my daughter. It took over a month to get here. The hat is very poor quality and no one's head would fit into this hat...its a weird shape! I paid too much money for it. Very disappointed!

Placed order on pawsionate after researching reviews and delivery of 5-7 days wasn't terrible but not great either so i ordered on the 11th and was picked up by the carrier early am on the 12th ,so original delivery date was 18th-20th then 20th-23rd and now it's 23rd-28th its ridiculous and I won't be ordering anything from them again

The product I ordered was just OK at best but very much over-priced. The rest of the purchase process was very poor. I received daily shipping "updates" which were totally useless. There were also a series of inane "progress reports" that were a complete waste of time. I will never place another order with Pawsionate.

Very poor shipping , my order has been waiting to be delivered to the USPS office for 11 days and no updates on why.

Not a UK company, if I known it was gonna come from China and take three weeks I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money

Unhappy with the hat received. Picture misleads by showing emprints much larger than what one gets for real. What I got is so small (at least twice smaller proportionally) that the names cannot be red at more that 2 feet a distance.

The personalised image and text on the jumper was as advertised but the quality of the material was so poor and thin it is certainly not worth the price. Shipped from and made in China.

Review of Pawsionate – My Experience I recently purchased a Christmas jumper from Pawsionate for my daughter, customized with a beautiful print of her and her dog. The ordering process was smooth, the item arrived well within the estimated delivery time, and the print quality itself was very good. Unfortunately, the sizing was a major issue. The jumper fit well everywhere except the length — it was far too short to wear comfortably. I contacted Pawsionate Support to explain the problem, but was told they were unable to offer a return or refund. Instead, they offered a $20 discount if I chose to reorder the jumper. I found this response very disappointing. In my opinion, this approach to customer service feels unfair, especially when the product’s sizing didn’t match expectations. This experience has left me with a bitter taste and, most importantly, a very disappointed daughter. I’m sharing my experience so other customers can be aware of potential issues before ordering from Pawsionate.
