I applied for a loan but the approval takes a looot of time.

Can't say they have exceptional employees, but in some situations you have to request their help.

I waited too long for the arrival of my card, hope that rest of stuff will go smoothly.

Helpful system, but I think that some of the fees are similar with the ones from a traditional bank.
