I have found the customer service people of Paycom always helpful and knowledgeable when I have any questions. My rep, Michael Castellanos has assisted me over the years with questions I have had ranging from setting up the Employee Self Service as well as adding an employee who worked in another state. The rare times that Michael is not available, the other members on his team, are able to get me the information I need.
