We are incredibly grateful for this service. We didn't receive the letter within 24 hours but, within an hour of calling PDS Center, we received the letter via email.

I was very pleased with my experience the only thing I didn't like was they got my unit number wrong and I emailed them letting them know and they just sent me the same documents but other than that they were fast and understanding

Easy and on the cheaper end of certification pricing, but know that you may not actually get a PDF copy of your signed letter in 24 hours like they advertise. Mine was submitted on Thursday and I received my letter on Saturday. Still quick, but I was annoyed that they falsely advertised 24 hours.

I ordered a vest and still haven’t received it. But overall I’m pleased with its services.

**EDIT** After leaving this review and leaving another few voicemails and emails the office cleared this up for us immediately. Their response to the issue was extremely fast, at that point, and my spouse and I are very appreciative for that. Thank you for helping get this issue cleared up and putting our minds at ease. ** My spouse and I were recommended to this doctor by our veterinarian. We paid $200 for our emotional support animal evaluation and letters, with the understanding that we would have the support from this doctor's office that we would need for our new apartment to accept these ESA letters. Both our apartment complex and my spouse have left messages, emailed, and faxed this office for over a week with absolutely no response at all. If we are unable to get a response from this office by Monday this will force us to pay the full pet deposits which is a great financial hardship for us. We can not live without our animals and we trusted this service. We are extremely unhappy and NEED someone to contact us immediately.
