avoid at all cost
avoid at all cost. seem like they went out of business and just baiting people to send money. ordered, followed up multiple times over a few weeks, no response at all. lost money

They don't respond at all
They don't respond at all. Probably lost 600 bucks to them at this point. Be extremely careful of their affiliates too. Untrustworthy people.

Scam
Put in an order (#92214 for reference) based on a promotion on February 3rd. Sent an email for updates every week. A month later, a support rep reached out, apologized and said they would "send out an email" Its been two week and nothing so far. I have requested that they either issue a refund or confirm the order and shipping. Still no response.
