Fix financial issues
Senior management has very little ideas on how to run the company. The work ethic is weak and the majority of the employees are disinterested to do their work in a professional manner because they are not paid enough and are always delayed with paycheck. No leadership, no communication and no merit increases no matter how hard you work.
