Great customer service!

Petcubes are amazing! Setup was fairly easy. I had a bit of diffiiculty initially getting my camera to connect to Internet, which i believe was due to having 5 GHz WiFi versus 2.4 but was able to get it connected after a couple of tries. I’m SO happy with my Petcube Bites and so are my dogs. Will likely be buying another one for another area of our house. Oh, and one more thing, they have amazing customer service! Very friendly people and quick responses. :)

Absolutely love both of my Petcubes! I keep one in my bedroom and the other in the living room! I check on my puppy all day long!! Love it!!

Amazing product! I bought the Petecube Play. Love how I am able to communicate with my dog while I am at work. I've also used this to stop my dog from chewing through a few things of mine in live time. Would recommend!

Great Product. This product works better that any other homes security system I have tried. I love that it records multiple hours of video and you can view it any time you want. The Camera works great in daylight and night. The cat and dog love the laser.
