Quick & easy ordering and delivery. NEED better packaging, as some of the items were damaged.

I used PetFlow for my pet’s need and I can say they provided a quality service. The variety of products available, coupled with the user-friendly website, made it easy to find and order exactly what I needed for my furry friend. The timely and reliable delivery of pet supplies to my doorstep saved me valuable time and effort. They had wide selection of pet food brands and accessories and they also cater for different pet preferences. PetFlow's customer service was responsive and helpful when I had inquiries about my order. ​

Quick delivery Boxes were beat up pretty bad but bags were intact which was good because they were left in the rain.

The canned food was great as always, but the dental chews were no good. My dogs inhaled them (not chewed) and gassed me out of my own bedroom!

So far I have liked the products that I have received. I like how you can adjust your auto ship at any time. The only thing that I wasn’t satisfied with, is I ordered cat litter in a plastic jug and it came in a cardboard box. But it’s not that big of a deal. So in the end, I’d recommend.

I’m new to PetFlow but I am impressed and happy with them. I like the space to be able to shop without the sales mentality trying to rush me or buy something else. Easy navigation on their website is a plus as well.

Pet Flow carries harder to find brands of excellent food, like Farmina, and has great pricing. I took off one star because it took a week to process my order before it was even shipped.
