I'm indifferent. Customer service definitely lacking by comparison to Chewy. Just ordered product, and the dry cat food received has the same expiration date as the product I purchased 8 months ago! In other words, it will expire before I can use it all feeding my cats. I called PetFlow and they offered to let me return the recently received product and they would send another bag, BUT, they CANNOT guarantee it will have a better date range - thus that's a rather worthless option as I might just receive another bag with the same exp date. Obviously this means the product has been sitting in their warehouse, or stock is not properly rotated. I would rather buy from small local pet supply stores, but when that is not an option I choose Chewy as the prices are almost identical across all online retailers.

Prices are average. Shipping and delivery is much slower than chewy’s.

Although the dog food is what we need, the company sells it for 16 dollars more for 2 cases then our vet does. The company charged my card $70 for 24 cans. The vet charged $56 for 24 cans of rhe same, for hills science diet glucose. W/d chicken. My vet no longer sells it because they said it took the company too long to mail it, so we will get our dog something else for his diabetes.

Good selection of products at fair prices, but shipping is extremely slow. Chewy beats you all day long on shipping.

the shipping isn't very clear. i ordered on a thursday and website indicated product had shipped however by monday still didn't have a tracking number so i called and was told my product had not shipped but would be expedited. i did receive after another couple days. i hope this is a onetime thing.
