I ordered food for my dog and to my surprise it arrived in a day and a half. I always order my dog food from PetFlow. She is on a special diet and PetFlow has the food. During covid 19 they were experiencing shortage supplies but sent me an email when the food came in. You have the option to have auto delivery. I would recommend to a friend for sure.

I have no problem with my automatic orders. They are sent regularly and on time. I placed an order for the wrong item and before I realized it the month grace period had elapsed. They would not let me return an unopened case of food. 😿

My order did not show as shipped for several days, so i did have to contact them, but the reps were very helpful and my food arrived as (two days later than originally anticipated, which is the reason for four stars instead of five). Very easy website to use, and a very convenient way to get our food for the same price that I pay at the store.

My dog loved all the treats. The only problem I had is that I hate companies calling me... and petflow called me several times because of the Paypal payment, instead of just informing me by e-mail that i needed to choose another option. Anyway, the delivery was fast and i'm happy with it.

I’ve been ordering from Petflow for years now. I do not get everything from them, because they don’t carry everything I feed my 3 large dogs, but they have been reliable for what I do order. I also like it when I can use a discount code.
