I ordered a prescription dog food and a few days after I ordered it, I found out it was not available after I called to check the status of it. It would have been nice to know immediately upon clicking the product that it was not available.

The last three orders have been late, weeks late...there has been no notice given to us. This is prescription food, our dog has IBD, and absolutely can not eat anything else. We absolutely need to be contacted, when this happens. Very disappointed.

I've had an active order for my dog's food shipped for years now. My dog has a prescription diet so i depend on my shipments to come on time. When there is a shortage of some sort, i don't get any notice from Petflow and end up not getting the food on time which leaves me scrambling to find my dog's food elsewhere. I spoke to a rep a couple of time and they said they would get back to me and update me with the situation but never did. Very disappointing!!

I ordered a veterinarian RX food for my dog and spoke to a tech in the pharmacy who told me it shipped that day, only to get an email 3 days later stating my order had been canceled because the product was not in stock. Not acceptable when I had been told it already shipped via a phone conversation. Really poor customer service

Food came very quickly, which was good. However, I bought a 24 lb bag and the expiration date was 2 weeks after I bought it, which is a pretty big bummer. I couldn't return it because I can only find the food online and I had run out and my brand new rescue dog was having tummy troubles being switched to a new food. Won't buy from them again.

my package arrived and it was cut open on one end. I also was trying out this new product for the first time and now I am not sure if the product was damaged/altered by having come in an open container. There needs to be a better way to ship this item. I had to throw it away - I wasn't going to feed my pet something that may have been altered.

Order took way to long to arrive compared to chewy.com I'm a Fromm dog food buyer and unfortanetly Fromm is no longer selling to chewy.
