Order came in fast! It’s pricey though.

I love shopping at PetFlow! They are one of the only retailers who carries the food my cat eats. However, while they carry the food my dogs eat, it is one-third higher in cost than a competitor site. I'm not sure why and it saddens me not to be able to buy it from PetFlow because shipping is typically faster than the competitor site. Hoping that will change in future!

So far it’s been good. I just signed up for monthly deliveries.

The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is the shipping wasn’t tracking correctly. I had to go buy a bag for the boys. Otherwise it’s a good experience.

Very convenient. Our vet often does not have the food we need for our cat and dog, so it is very helpful to be able to find what we need here. With social distancing, we are glad to be able to order from home. We had to call about a mistake we made on an order, and the people were very helpful. It was not possible to edit the order once placed.

The ease of purchasing was nice. The shipment came quickly. My only disappointment was that one of the cans of food had a major sent in the too of the can. I realize that could have happened in transit, so maybe the company can do a little better job of packing the order. Thank you.

My first order good variety of products and price. Shipping was not so great, one week later than anticipated and package had a rough ride. Box was partially smashed and can's dented. Be sure to give yourself enough time for shipping.

Dog food supply is great I love that. Not at all impressed with my other purchase of the hooves. Too dry, not what I was expecting.
