My Order seems to be lost in CA somewhere. I called today and an order was offer to replace my first order but I have not received a confirmation and will need to follow up again tomorrow so make sure my order will have been received in CA when I get there next week. Just adding un-needed stress to my trip. I ordered early so I would not have to deal with this!

Since ordering my pets dog food from PetFlow I have had a consistent and exceptional experience in delivery and timeliness. However, when i signed up for the deal of automatic delivery I did not receive the $10 off because I was told the products didn't offer the discount. In addition, it is VERY frustrating that I can't stop a automatic order without calling in. I'm a very busy professional and it's ridiculous that a customer is held captive until you call. When I voiced this frustration, the customer service person said it was due to PetFlow wanting to help. This is what PetFlow chooses, but as a customer it should be what I want, no PetFlow. If they wanted to help they would make it easier to use. Not hold me captive. I needed to discontinue because my puppy is not eating puppy food anymore. There is no benefit in me signing up for automation for no cost savings. I don't think PetFlow really cares about my experience or they wouldn't REQUIRE a phone call to cancel automation.

Product packaged fine but shipping took far too long. When you are waiting for dog food five to six days is unacceptable. I don't know that I see myself using Petflow again.

I chose PetFlow because it was on Fromm's approved list on vendors. First, the sales Petflow offered dont apply to Fromm. Then, shipping took over a week. And I'm required to sign up for a repeat order that I need to call to cancel (cant be done online). Was hoping for better. Maybe if you arent in a rush, know exactly how often your dogs need their food to arrive (mine are starting a new diet as per their vet, so I have no idea how long it will take for them to finish 2 bags of Fromm) and your brand actually qualifies for the sales, you may have a better experience than I did.

Could be a good source for pet products. Many of the items I use they don't carry and one I do use is always out of stock. It usually says in stock but is not. Their account page is impossible to understand if you are supposed to have credits.

The cans of dog food I receive are usually always dented. I have had some cans that the lids had come off & were open upon receipt.

Good selection, very easy to order and reasonable delivery time. However, push for autoship is quite annoying and, based on other reviews, is rather difficult to change/cancel.

I placed an order last week and didn't receive it. Upon checking your site, I discovered my credit card didn't clear. (It had expired.) No one notified me. Because you didn't go the extra step (not the extra mile...that is asking a lot), I'm not sure if I'll order from you again.e
