The ordering process was great! It was a good experience for us to find a diabetic dog food. It was even easy to confirm the Rx. The only issue we have is that the bag seems 2/3 full. Specialized food is already pricey....

Shipping took longer than they said it would, but the customer service team was on it, gave me a $10 coupon, and had another shipped in case the first didn't arrive (since it did, they had the second returned instead of delivered).

I really like PetFlow i have been getting dog food here for a year now. I like the website its very easy to use. I'm just a bit concerned because i started checking out other sites like chewy and for some reason their prices are a lot more competitive. Example would be the Royal Canin for German Shepherd on Chewy its $10 less. Does PetFlow do price match? I like to keep using PetFlow but ultimately i also need to save where I can.

Product was great as expected, delivery time could be better. I was expecting 2 day and it took about 5.... my improper planning made it a close call, as my dog can only eat certain things.
