I think it takes too long to receive your order. If I had known I would wait so long I would not have ordered through Petflow. I ordered on 1/14 and received notification it would be prepared for shipping on 1/31. Now I receive a customer satisfaction survey for a purchase I have not received

Not my first time ordering with PetFlow and it always has been good experience but last time my food got delayed due to being out of stock, then got damaged during transportation by FedEx and had to be sent back to the warehouse. I had to call to figure out when my food will finally arrive.

3 because there are food yu could find here that you cant in other website ..however the food is package poorly box comes like some one opened it my last food had a whole in the bag more care for the things that goes ship little thing do matter

It took way too long to receive my dog’s food. When I called to inquire where it was, I got attitude from the rep. Also, high quality dog food shipped from Jersey should not have to go around the Rockies before heading to Chicago.

Shopping by brand name frustrating as screen disappears when you mouse over to name you are seeking. Captcha every time you log into them gets old fast. Shipping is good, discounts never apply to the brands I buy. They should target their sales to people who buy those branded products only.

I like the variety of products offered and the convenience of having them shipped to my home. I also like that Pet Flow communicates very easily with my vet for the prescription food that my animals need. I am frustrated that I cannot un-enroll in the auto ship function without actually phoning pet flow - this is very inconvenient. I have also found the website cumbersome when it comes it editing auto ship products.

Shipping time has been terrible. I order a cat food that takes them almost 2 weeks to get to me from NJ to Idaho. One shipment went to Nebraska, then back to NJ, then back to me in Idaho. The second time I ordered the cat food it sat in Chicago for several days before being shipped to Idaho. I am TERRIBLY disappointed in the shipping time. I am doing more purchasing from Chewy now because they get shipments to me in no more than 2 days.
