I was referred to Pet Flow from The Higgins company to find a bird treat that is not being made at the moment and is out of stock everywhere. My birds do not understand this concept! Phone call to them, great service, placed order, problem I ordered more than they had, chat...found TWO (The Holy Grail!), placed order and they came swiftly! GREAT folks there that CARE!
