Orders take time to ship. Coupon codes received by email are expired when I want to use them. I don’t find any small gifts or toys for big orders, like it happened to me with other stores. Overall, 3 stars is a generous rating.

Always out of the same dog food that I always need to order. Frustrating to say the least and have to get a different flavor or else order directly from the dog food company itself. Not the first time.

Disappointed in length of time to receive my order. I had expected to receive the order no later than Monday but did to receive it until Wednesday. I was waiting for the specific food for my dogs and had to locate and purchase an additional bag when it was not received until 3 days later.

Good product with not very fast service, unfortunately. Ten days to ship seems a bit long for these days. Might have been an anomaly. We will try them again when we need pet food. You can bet that we will plan with a longer shipping transit than we did this time.

Told incorrect information by customer service (Mike) on 12/5 . Received email with tracking number that stated item was delivered at FEd EX site on 12/3 but arrived on 12/6. Was told by customer rep on 12/6 (after my attempt to get a refund and buy item elsewhere) that the package was delivered. 3 trips over 2 days to get this package. Will not order from PetFlow again.

This is my first time going through PetFlow to order my dog's food. I opted for the auto ship method to qualify for the promotion. However, I see that FROMM food is not included with this promotion, unfortunately. Also, after setting up auto ship, I assumed my order had been placed and food on it's way. The food still has not arrived so I checked on my account today, and it shows the first shipment going out in March! I assumed it would be sent when I placed my order, then auto ship after that. All in all, it wasn't very clear and my dog is nearly out of food. So I hope this order arrives quickly!

I would like to give four stars however, I feel three stars are appropriate because of the packaging. I order a large bag of expensive dog food. The last package had a hole in the side of the bag and the entire top of the bag was open with the contents spilled inside. I called and they immediately ordered another bag to be shipped and received four days later. Customer service was excellent. I don’t know how the bag could have ripped or come open inside a sealed box but it was. It had to happen before box was sealed. I also feel the boxes that the food is shipped in is not substantial enough to handle the weight of the food causing the packing tape to practically come undone. I will continue to order unless it becomes a repeated problem. Packaging needs improvement.

Same price as Chewy.com, but it took 4 days longer to get the shipment. I will continue to use Chewy unless they are on back order. Sorry, but you are just too slow for a mail order pet provider.
