Extremely happy with service and product. Shipping is always consistent around 2 days. Products are always in stock. Only complaint is that you can never use discounts towards Fromm products which is all I buy.

I've only purchased one thing so far, but my only complaint so far is your discounts don't apply to prescription food. I could really use a discount on that expensive Royal canin prescription wet food. It was shipped fast and am happy with purchase so far.

PetFlow was the only place that had the large breed puppy food I needed. Service was good, shipping quick. My only complaint is that they kept sending offers for great deals with autoship, but the deals never applied to the food I was ordering. May not be their fault, but irritating nonetheless.

Petflow has been great and has great customer service. My only complaint is shipping use to be on time, and now it's 1-3 days later then expected. Love there products and food, also great coupons:)

My pet enjoys Fromm pet food. The concern I have is that Petflow failed to notify me when my order was about to ship. I canceled as a result of the non-notification. But since have returned to Petflow. It is imperative I receive a notice before automatic shipping. Overall, Petflow has good service.
