got home only to find the 2 boxes looked like they got drug behind the truck. Dog food bag was ripped open. I know pet flow did not send it out like that but they are responcable for who they use to deliver there product.

IF your inventory at a closer location was out of my dog's food, I should have gotten a discount on shipping or some level of accommodation because I had to wait an extra three days for your product to be mailed to me. I had scheduled my product to be mailed to me around the same time my last bag was run out. Due to your delay in shipping, I had to drive to my local pet supplies store and get the food myself. I thought your service helped me to avoid going out to any store because it is delivered to my door.

I received my order quick enough but you can almost pour the dog food out of the can, it is so runny ! Not to happy.

I placed on order on 7/27/15, hoping to get my item within 3-4 days. Being that I had not received a "shipment is on the way" or my actual shipment after a few days, I went into my account on 7/30/15. Lo and behold, my order STILL shows an "In Review". I spoke to a customer service rep and she showed it also still "in review" and was going to go into the order to release it but I was disappointed to find out it hadn't even left the warehouse. I asked her to cancel it because my dog needed the item asap. I wonder, had I not checked my order, WHEN would it have been released?? Maybe for new customers, there should be a protocol in place to check the orders so that they don't sit as "IN REVIEW" and we get our items in a timely manner.

I received a coupon in the mail for this website, so I went online to see how much the discount was. The price was the same as local petsmarts, but after I put it in my shopping cart--the website promised an additional 10% discount (via rebate) if I placed my order in the next 20 minutes. As such, I placed my order right away, only to find out the rebate was useable if I signed up for "Freeshipping.com" which requires a monthly due. As such, the prices were the same as petsmart. Probably handy for those who don't want to go to the store--but price was my main motivator.

The cat food I ordered was as expected. However, the warehouse closest to use ran out of what I ordered. I was not notified till a few days after the order was place. So their "quick shipping" ended up taking a week to arrived. I had to make run to our local pet store, spend more money, so that we had enough food until the PetFlow delivery arrived. As mother of a toddler and newborn it defeated the purpose of ordering online. Not impressed. Had I ordered from a competitor I would have had it within 48 hours. Petflow offered a 20% off our next purchase for our trouble. No thanks.

When looking for an online service for pet food for my dogs, I stumbled upon this site, thinking that the prices were very competitive with in store. They are about the same price as the store and I have since found other options for my pet food needs. I will be calling to cancel my auto shipment on this food.

The promo code I added applied in cart but did not apply to my final purchase. Apparently, the promo code was good for repeat orders only, however, the shopping cart allowed me to select one time delivery and allowed me to apply the promo code, and the discount was shown in the cart. After finalizing my purchase, the receipt showed the regular price, not reflecting the discount. When I brought it to PetFlow's attention, they said there was nothing they could do except apply a discount to a future order. Great customer service would have been to refund to my credit card the amount that the discount should have been on the order, not requiring me to make a future purchase with a checkout system I can't trust. In my opinion, they did not put the client's experience first.
