Always good products at great prices.

It was a good experience but the shipping was a little slow.

I like that I can buy Fromm products for my dogs here. Delivery time is generally about 5 days from day of order. I would like it to be faster, but have learned when I need to re-order so I don't run out.

The website is easy to use and shipping is prompt. My only complaint is they don’t have boxes large enough to secure a large 25+ pound bag. The box is always torn open during transit.

We we were not informed of the delivery date. I guess it might of gone to junk mail. Received exactly what I ordered. I will continue with perflow and will tell my daughter as well. She also use the same brand of dog food.

Food and box came to me in great condition, and my dog so far seems to love the food. I gave it 4 stars because it took way to long to get to me than I thought it would.

I'd ordered 3 types of items, for my 4-H kids. Stuffed pizza slices, no stuffing pack of 3 animal squeaky and training treats. I was shorted 3 bags of treats and one of the pk of no stuffed toys. Until I called in on the missing items I wasnt told the training treats they didn't have enough to fill my order and with the missing pk of no stuffed 3 animal toys they didn't get that in the box. Someone counted wrong. So those at least they did send and just got them in time to give out tomorrow at our fair. I was refunded the amount of out of stock treats.
