I need to change my autoship and there is no easy way about it. I wanted change the quantity to be shipped but I couldn't so then I thought I'd just cancel autoship but can't do that easily either. I'm very disappointed. It should not be that difficult to change my autoship.

Coupons almost never work even when offered on pick your deal. Also order on a Friday 1 pm EST so it would be morning on the Pacific coast but order won't ship until a Monday?? Sometimes just easier with Amazon Prime and get it in 2 days.

I ordered earlier in June and received the canned food. I then ordered shortly thereafter and it was sent to an old address that was not the default address.

I’ve been a customer for at least 15 years. I’ve trusted the price and the quality of pet flow’s dog food choices. Service is great and delivery is always on time. Recently however, I ordered cat food and cat care products. In ordering and shopping for cat litter, I was shocked that pet flow prices for the brand that I was interested in was more than double the price from that on a competitive website as well as at the local store. Customer Service was willing to ask supervisors why that would be and the answer was “because”. To compensate for this they were willing to give me a discount on every future recurring order and I will continue to order my dog food from pet flow but I am definitely shopping elsewhere for everything else that I need.

Recently my pet food order was lost and I went three days with no food. While Petflow replaced the food order at Petflow’s expense, my dogs ended up with diarrhea due to having to eat a different food until the replacement food arrived.

I appreciate Petflow What troubles me is that it is not possible to manage the "auto ship" online. To have to call, and to not have this very clearly informed on the website is not user friendly to me. I believe it would be better to have a simple, quick , manageable format for customers to manage their own accounts.
