PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Only reason i find it average is the fact that no coupons are able to be used on my purchases since i purchase Acana food. Which i understand some brands may not allow coupons/sales for their products but it does get annoying when i get email after email with coupons or promotional discounts yet can never use them.

Ordered on a Weds but did not receive the dog food until the next Tuesday. Almost ran out of food for the dog. Second time this has happened. If I can't trust your 2day free delivery I won't be ordering with you anymore.

I filled out the thing for veterans discount and it said I wasn't approved . so I tried it again and the same thing ! Then I got e-mails saying again I was approved but when I put the code in it said not valid . It would have meant a $7.60 discount . That would help us . Every little bit helps . I order from you all all the time and it would have been nice

Received an order today that was delivered in an open, collapsed box with the contents spilled on the ground. It was all there, but nearly every box I’ve gotten has been mangled in some way. I auto-ship litter and a bag of food. Yes, those items are heavy but I’ve received merchandise from other companies that were much heavier but arrived fully intact.

Product lineup is amazing. Freshness isn't always the best. On premium foods, it costs a lot to throw half of it out.

I’ve had NO problems at all with PetFlow until the past few weeks. Lack of communication and being told incorrect things pertaining a RX order. Customer service was friendly, but I was pretty much told contradictory things in my two calls and one email, and in the end it could’ve been solved two weeks earlier had someone just looked closer at the RX dates. Was told I’d get a call back, but never did. I still have no idea when or if the third part of my order will arrive. Incidentally, I also received an email saying the product was out of stock and the order was canceled, which also wasn’t true. They never canceled it. Remember this is a RX order, which my cats need and are waiting on, which adds to my uncertainty about ordering again from PF.

great product, excellent choice but shipping took way too long compared to other companies

I wish my orders from Petflow would arrive more quickly. I used to order from Chewy.com, but they don't carry the Fromm dog food any longer. Otherwise I would continue ordering from them, because they got my order to me in 2-3 days.
