U Have been great (5) when I had a problem with one of my items ... only thing that makes me crazy is that I get emails that say special deals ... %off and every time I order it says “ not good for your items !”😥

Delivery time is slow compared to other online pet providers. Food selection is good which is what I purchase, but other items like toys are limited.

Good stuff but pricey. I have 3 dogs of my own plus 2 foster dogs. One pkg if jerky only went around once and it wasn’t cheap. But they all loved it!

I found things at Pet Flow that I could not find anywhere else, including the local pet store. The only complaint I have is that in some items, inventory is limited. Also when looking at litter boxes, it would be most helpful to have dimensions on all of them so could compare.

Lots to look through and find what you need, quick delivery, and while my gals are finicky, found some they would use. What they don't goes to a feral colony.
