Took 4 business days for a 2 day ship time. Other companies offer next day delivery. They send me 2 emails a day. No check box to opt-in during check out. Only an opt-out option. Other shopping experiences offer better service and less spam.

I placed my order two weeks ago, and I have yet to receive my $50 bag of dog food. I only purchased from here because Chewy stopped carrying this particular kind of dog food. I have been using Chewy for over a year and have always received my orders within four days of placing my order, max. I typically receive my dog food within 2-3 days. Waiting two weeks is unacceptable. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I placed an order that I then needed to cancel b/c of issues I was having with my PayPal account. I contacted customer service, and was told that they would cancel my order, no problem. Unfortunately, a few days later, I find out that I was in fact charged for my cancelled order. It was a very frustrating experience, as I was reimbursed via my PayPal balance, instead of via the card that I used for the transaction. To then put the money back on the account that that card is associated with will take 3 to 5 days.

This cat food is more than I paid in the Grocery Outlet locally. Now my fussy cat doesn't want it any more and I wish I could send it back. They also told me that shipping would be delayed and they would email me when it was ready to ship. No email. When I tried to cancel, they told me it was too late.

Petflow Vetsource claims that they did not receive response to request for prescription for my dog from the vet. They claim to have contacted the vet twice, I called the vet this morning and they have no record of receiving request from anyone at Petflow. I was sent 2 emails 5/27 from Petflow advising me of this 5 days after the ship day I had requested. I never had this problem with other pet food sites!

I was a customer for about a year. They used to offer great deals that would be sent to email. They don't offer those deals anymore. Thier shipping used to be super fast now it's no faster then anywhere else. Usually about a week. If you are ordering multiples of singular items (bully sticks, ears ect) the count is usually wrong. Always count and if your missing one email them and they'll refund you for the missing item. My last two orders were a pain and now I no longer shop there. They kept not being able to process my credit card even though there was nothing wrong with it. After about a week and getting an email saying that they tried all there cards on my account (without permission, one belonged to a foster only!) and they all were denied. Nothing wrong with cards still, then I got an email saying it went through and it's on it way. Never came, was never true. I let them try one more time and then I took my functioning credit card and ordered from chewy.com 3 weeks later. It's a shame, I used to recommend them all the time. They have gone downhill fast. Maybe couldn't handle more then a small clientele?

I received my 2 cases of Innova senior cat food (large cans/wet). A smell developed in the closet and I could not locate the source. When I reached the bottom, back row of cans ans picked one up I saw maggots all over it. Sickened, I dropped the can. Thank goodness the case was still in side the cardboard box bottom with some plastic around it or these maggots would have been all over everything! I could not even begin to deal with the problem and had to ask my adult son to come in take care of it all. I though out the 4remaining cans and he cleaned out the closet. I still have a "scent memory" on top of the visual. I still get the shivers of disgust thinking about it. I called Petfow and they were understanding. They gave me a 10 credit, but I wanted to understand how this could have happended. I called Innova and they said that if in transit a box is dropped, a can could open. Well I do not know who is responsible? Innova, Petfow or UPS? But it should not happen.

Our dog is suffering from an unusual liver disease and when we ordered the food he needs, it took us many emails and phone calls to finally get the shipment sent to us. We had to make a separate trip to Petsmart to get the food he needed this week. AND, even though I confirmed the shipping address by phone, it was shipped to the wrong address. We will not be ordering again from Petflow.
