Pricing is ok but it would be nice if sale prices like 3X10 applied to brands like Fromm. The check out process allowed it but then didn’t. It got confusing. It should have been made more clear from the start.

I hate the website. I find it difficult to navigate. The customer service people are wonderful and extremely helpful.

Some changes in that company that do not impress me. Like an I don’t care attitude. Also the site is confusing to get around in. I had moved a shipment back which never got moved and was shipped anyway.

Service was fine. You are annoying with the numeric emails I get from you. Would not buy from you because of this.

I normally love petflow.. but this order had some issues. Usually when I order, it’s shipped the next day and I get it quickly. But I ordered on Monday and found out Thursday that it was delayed. Received Saturday just as my dogs were out of food. I know the shipment came from further than usual, but I expected it quicker.

Dog treats were all broken either in shipping or before. Won't purchase again.

They have a good variety and their autoship works well until you realize that you just can’t cancel the autoship online. You have to call their call center. I think that’s very unfriendly to customers and lead me to canceling all my autoship orders with Petflow and going to another website altogether.

It would be helpful for you to sell Freshstep clumping kitty litter multi cat formula.
