Very easy to get on monthly deliveries, not so easy to cancel monthly deliveries can't cancel online must call and wait for an operator to cancel. They deliver promptly and prices are good. Would have been 5 stars if cancelling was easier.

Good company but the website needs improvement. The ordering and changing of order items especially with auto shipment items needs a lot of improvement. It is way to confusing and difficult. Chewy.com's system is easier to navigate. I like the higher quality of products offered on petflow but wish they were easier to use.

Easy to order and shipments are sent and arrive quickly. Just getting too many emails everyday for deals, but other then that really like PetFlow.

I love petflow. They give you the auto ship option which also gives a discount on most brands of cat food. The only issues we have had is for an auto ship to ship without an email coming first to remind us of our autoship getting ready to be fulfilled so that we can change that date if needed.

Petflow is great! Their customer service is stellar. I gave 4 stars because they cannot control their providers to the detriment of their customers. That’s where there is trouble, and I’ve had my share for sure. Weruva is a booger...quality control sucks. Petflow can’t help that. I know they tried tho’, so I’ll still use them for other items.

So far so good.I have not scheduled a delivery until May so that part remains to be known. As far as shopping goes great. Prices are very good as well. The only way I can match or slightly beat them is on some kind of twice a year sell from one of the localls.
