Discounts that can't be applied for the Acana dog food usually has me run to my local Pet Supplies Plus for a cheaper price. Other then that no complaints.

Great customer service as usual. I think it may be helpful to start the vet approval process earlier - since some offices are quite busy. My shipment was delayed by two days, even after I called the vet to ensure they had sent in their approval. Thanks!

Your prices are good. The ship time was slow compared with other online companies. I also am having difficulty making a change to my automatic order.

The prices were right, and I like the selection of products. My only concern was with the packaging, which was basically destroyed by the time it got to me. I'm glad none of my items fell out of the holes in the box or were crushed, but I would suggest they better protect items for rough shipping.
