Dog food was delivered in 2 business days. Our dobie really likes the brand and her flatulence is not so much a stinky problem as before.

Shipping seems slow compared to chewy. Prices are comparable.

Chewy doesn’t carry Fromm. 2 of my chi’s have dry, flaky skin. I found that grain free food was giving them dry skin. After changing shampoos, and dog food and feeding them Fromm, their coats and skin have improved. No more flaky skin! Coats are shiny and soft🐩🐕🐶

Petflow provides a wide variety of healthy brands that you cannot find at those big chain pet shops. Often there are promotions which helps minimize some of the costs since these healthier brands tend to be pricier. One thing I would improve on is their autoship option. Coupons usually doesn't apply to them so besides the convenience of setting and forget it, there is really no incentive on using that option, not the best for saving the most money. And their packaging for delivery can be better, I buy canned food for my cat and most times I would get a couple of dented cans. This could be reduced by adding more paper or bubbles to empty spaces in the box. Overall, I'm happy with their products and fast shipping.

The shipment came sooner than I needed and the 26 lb bag has not even been opened yet
