Calling Petflow for first time, I was greeted by a polite and knowledgeable person. The comfortability I received by getting information of products, led to my first and ongoing purchases.

I guess I expected 2 day delivery and it took 4 days. It wasn’t a real problem but something I’ll keep in mind when ordering in the future.

Have used Petflow for quite some time. I don’t do auto-ship because I don’t have a good enough timeline with my pet for frequency. Used to get more special offers and coupon codes but still nice having it show up at your door.

I have been ordering my cat food from PetFlow for a while now and the items have always come quickly and in good shape. I do wish there was a discount offered on the premium cat foods like Fromm and Orijen at times.

Fast delivery. Prices are ok. I will purchase again.

Petflows customer service is good. But my order said 2-3 days shipping. I placed my order on Tuesday, I received it the following Monday. 6 days is a lot more than 2-3. I had to buy food locally while waiting for my order. A bit disappointed.

Last order took over a week to arrive. Other than that the service has been fine.

I was very happy to find that you carry Fromm dry dog food, as it is a very high quality food made in the USA. Our fur babies have had good results with it. I am also happy to find the ease of online ordering with Petflow.com. The only complaint I had was that the box was not secured when it was received. It had been taped very poorly, and the entire top was open. I was relieved to find all the products I bought and paid for were in the box....but I still wish it was all seccured throughout delivery. Otherwise, it was a very positive shopping experience.
