PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Have always been satisfied with our purchases, but this time, I think we got the bottom of the barrel. The bully sticks were more like bully twigs, all broken and skinny. Not very satisfying for a 60 pound dog.

It is unbelievable that to order a bag of dog food and it had to go from NJ to Charleson, SC that is could take 3 weeks. I called to see where my order was and they said it had been on sale before I ordered it, so they were running late. No one mentioned that while I was ordering.... And no I did not get the sale price. Oh they charged my account a couple weeks ago....so they have the money and I have no food. I think I will definitely just go to any store and buy my pet supplies from now on. No I am not a happy customer.....and the bag of food has still not arrived. They told it shoud arrive tomorrow!

Dogfood arrived extremely hot. When I opened filled red barn bone, my dog could chew the bone and it disentigrated like it was chalk. Very disturbing site. Then the tube of moist dogfood was so dry when I opened it I just threw it in the garbage as well. Wouldn't feed it to anyone or anything! Extremely disappointed.

Unable to get sound on any videos, have checked all my settings and cannot find why. My IT friend told me it was your web site.

I needed to return a $40.00 Dog Flea & Tick treatment. Wrong weight. I was charged $10.00 for return shipping and handling. With this policy I will probably not use them again.

I ordered the first time from petflow ,on the days when they had the 30% off sale for royal canin , our cats are all on the urinal s/o food. when I was finished with ordering part at checkout I entered the promo code and worked fine but when I finished payment through paypal I was charged the full amount with out the 30% off. I contacted petflow they answered and assured me that they will take the dicount off, no such luck. after 2 days I checked my payal account and I was still charged the full amount , I contacted petflow again and finally some one returned the money for the dicount but the total on the shipping noticed was different $4.95 then the total, when I question it they told me it was a glitch in the system??? When I picked up the product and got home one of the bags of food was cut open and the cat food was all over in the box. I didn't bother e-mailing them after all the e-mailing back and forth . So this is my story and I'm not sure if I would shop at peflow again I normally shop at petsmart online or store. Thank you joerg

I received an email from PetFlow offereing 30% off my Royal Canin order. Fabulous! I logged on and placed an order, using the ROYAL30 code as instructed. I saw the discount at check out and yet the final confirmation did not show the deduction in price. I immediately emailed PetFlow and was told, so sorry, will have to apply the credit next time. But then I received an email saying that the discounted amount was in fact being deducted from my Paypal account. Fabulous! However, the full price was actually deducted. More emails with PetFlow and I have yet to see a resolve to the issue. $70.99 was deducted from my account despite the below email I received and NOBODY has corrected the issue. Was the promo a scam? Maybe I will stick to my veterinarian's office for future purchases. Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Canine Urinary SO Moderate Calorie Canned Dog Food > 13-oz, case of 24 1 $70.99 $70.99 > Subtotal: $70.99 > Free Shipping: $-4.95 > Shipping: $0.00 > Tax: $0.00 > Total: $49.69 > > Thanks again, > > The PetFlow Team.

Can't get to key decision makers when faced with problems (as a customer). They seem to hide behind the front line troops. Front line troops do not fully understand complaints (even after I communicated with them more than 5 times on the same issue). They give partial answers to concerns/issues. Make commitments but doesn't seem that the system they use is close enough to seamless, get responses that are polite and cordial but do not address the issues. Way too much time spent by me (customer) trying to get your team on the same page. Lot's of "6 sigma lean" processes needed here
