PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Some of the cans were smashed open when the box arrived. The contents spilled inside the pallets and the mailing box. The smell was horrific and there were bugs. I had to wash all the cans and the smell lingered in my house.

This was my first time to order from PetFlow and I will not place another order with this company. My order was shipped to my billing address in TX rather than the "ship to" address in CO where I was staying. Fortunately a neighbor in TX called to say a large bag of dog food had been sitting on the porch for a few days and moved it. Left a message with the company on a Friday but no response. Called them back twice on Monday. Poor customer service!

Took nearly a full month to receive my order, so I had to go to a normal store anyway and buy cat food while I waited. I will not use this site again.

Sorry, but you picked the wrong person to write you a review! I ordered (2) LED leashes for my dogs several weeks ago...when package arrived I had (2) small pink dog collars...not the leashes I ordered. But customer service said "no problem", we will send the leashes right out. Next package arrives about a week later and this time I am sent (2) medium LED collars...still not the leashes I ordered! I have 2 large labs, so I can't even use these collars! This time customer service said they would "hand pick" order to make sure it's correct, but 3rd package came yesterday and it was (2) medium collars again!! I am done...told them to just give me my money back. I won't be ordering from them again.

I called within 2 minutes of online ordering, I ordered the wrong item, can I cancel it and reorder? Sure, no problem was the answer. What I didn't ask is if the billing would also be cancelled. I assumed the charges would be reversed and reordered the right stuff. Billed for both orders, credit took over a week. Auto order was cancelled and credit card number was removed. Months later I got billed anyway. Took over a week to credit. Glitch in the system I was told. My point? It had been MONTHS AND MONTHS since I removed my credit card number, it should not have been able to bill me, unless they keep credit card numbers after you delete them. Very questionable in my opinion. Was the product good and delivery great? Yes it sure was! But when your living on a tight budget 50 bucks coming out, when you don't expect it, is not the surprise you need. It ended up costing me a lot of money in bounced checks, twice. I'll go out and buy my dog food now, it's just not worth the risk for me.

I received an email from Petflow offering trials of pet food. I ordered a small bag of dog food, a sample bag of another dog food and a case of canned cat food. The cat food wasn't in the box. The packing slip had the cat food on it, but said it was 1 of 2 boxes. I never did receive the cat food. I called Petflow and they said they ran out, my order for the cat food was cancelled, and my payment was refunded. It would have been nice if they would have let me know. Because the order didn't meet the minimum for free shipping, I ended up paying more for the shipping than for the dog food. I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered three cases of cat food. Box was delivered with a gaping hole. Four cans were punctured and useless and 4 more were seriously damaged, but appear to be usable. Still love the food, but can't really afford to lose 5% during shipping.

I recently changed the shipping address and date on my scheduled orders. The website was updated correctly. They delivered on the revised date to the old address. The website showed that the order shipped, but there was no tracking information. When I contacted them to see what happened they were less than helpful. After several calls, they shipped out a second bag but would not expidite the order. Consequently I ran out of food before my order arrived. Since this is a prescription pet food, it was not easy to find.
