Hi. They only shipped half my order because the stock was low. How did they only have half my order though; I only ordered one type of product! The company does flat rate shipping so most people buy in bulk. That is what I tried to do, but they ripped me off because I got half my order but still had to pay full shipping.

My payment was taken from my bank account almost 2 weeks before delivery of my "automatic order". I was told my address was not accurate. It has been the same adress for 44 years, and has worked for the 18 months I have been a PetFlow customer. After numerous emails and phone calls, our correct address was found. In the meantime we had to get dog food at a local store. Saving a few bucks is no longer worth the hassle!

I would never rely on Petflow for automated shipping of pet food. I placed an order on Jan 6th. On Jan 9th, I received an email stating they were out of stock of the dog food I ordered. The entire order had to ship together, which meant my cat was out of luck too. Every week I was told the order would ship the following week. On Feb 8th, I emailed customer service, because their online chat was no longer working for me, asking to cancel the order because it had been over a month and found a better price on food locally anyway. Conveniently, they replied the next day saying that my order couldn't be canceled because it had already shipped... which it indeed had.

Several of the items I order arrive damaged and not usable, or with expired dates so that I cannot use them. The customer service is excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful, and has replaced all damaged items. However, even replacement orders arrive damaged, or again, with expired dates. I LOVE having pet food delivered to my door and I really wanted this service to work for me, but it has become a bigger hassle than it's worth. This company needs a quality control manager in their warehouse and in their distribution centers.

No sign of email use or a message on. The ansewring machine. I had to call to get the address straitened out. Actual delivery was on time. Employees should follow through with verification issues.

I ordered a "one time" shipment from Petflow and they set it up AGAIN as an auto delivery. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME!!! I like their products and the prices are pretty good; I purchased $165 of cat food so I like the free shipping. HOWEVER, I wanted to change the items (THAT'S why I set it up as a one time order). I have to check and recheck everytime to make sure it's not "auto delivery". Hate that~~ get so frustrated. My cats like a variety and stop eating the same food. That's my only complaint~~but it "happens" too often... maybe not an accident. Can't send it back for free!! I wish they would make some kind of adjustment/discount for me. This happens tooooo often.

I thought I had ordered enough to get free delivery but couldnt put in the code. COuldnt tell ad from website, ended up writing to another site

Shipping took a really long time. Will not be ordering from this website again.
