When I saw this website I liked it for the convienence so I ordered my dogs favorite dogfood and some treats. Checking the order in the next few days the dogfood was on back order. Also looking into the price, it was more expensive that the local grocery store even with the free shipping considered. I canceled the order and any automatic shipments for the future. Sorry

I kept on receiving emails to try Petflow - so I do. I order my food and place my order. I was given a $10 credit for being the first time (SWEEET). BUT.... Thats was about the only thing that went right. my credit card did not process for some reason, I NEVER got ANY emails letting me know my order had not processed. I waited for my food for a week than i called and they said we have been waiting for your call to process your card. Here i get a email about the promotion ONCE a day- and they can not send me a email letting me know something is WRONG with my order. I am still waiting to get my credit back after calling 3 different times. I will not be using this anymore...

While it's great to have my pet supplies delivered to my door, numerous problems with shipments are making me rethink my decision. Missing items, wrong items, delayed shipments, bad packaging, missing invoices - I've had ALL these problems and am seriously considering suspending my shipments. Customer Service has been helpful, for the most part, but the same problems persist.

My cat would not eat his food. Did'nt look fresh, yhe same brand that I ordered before. It was a darker color

I had previously ordered from Petflow and was so happy with the outcome, I decided to sign up for regular shipments. My first order on this schedule was a mess. First of all, the coupon I had would not work so I had to call customer service. They fixed the issue. When my shipment came in, it was completely the wrong dog food. I went back to check my order and sure enough I ordered the right food. So,now more time on the phone with customer service as well as packing the stuff back up. I also had to run out and get more food as I had relied on the shipment coming in. Customer service then let me know that they only had 1 bag on hand of the dog food I ordered and they would ship that out. They would ship another out next week once the manufacturer gets it to them. No problem as now at least I had one bag on hand. I then look at my account only to see I was being charged again for the second bag of dog food as well as for shipping despite having paid for both in my original order. Now I just emailed customer service again. I'm sure they will take care of it but still, what a hassle! I've since then cancelled all my future shipments as I don't need all this aggravation. I will say that their customer service staff is very helpful and professional.

I needed pet food while I left the country and left my animal in the care of others. While I was away for the week they sent an email stating they would not be able to fulfill my order SO my dog did not have food when it was needed. Upon my return and call 1 1/2 weeks later, it was still not shipped and when I called they would not be able to ship because they still did not have it in stock. I was able to change my 17 pound order for a more expensive and larger size bag asap which I did because I needed it, but .... felt abused because of it.

15lb bag of cat food was folded over and stuffed and crushed to fit in the wrong size box. Cat food bag was broken open due to this and very crumbly. Will not order again, have not had problems at my usual place, so will go back to them.

I ordered on line and when I put in the coupon code for $10 off of $50 the system did not apply it to the order. I had to follow up with a phone call to receive the discount. When I received my order part of the order was not sent. I'm not sure if I will stay with this company for my pet's food. Unreliable service!!
