Delivery was fast but navigating the site was a hassle. Won't use it again until you make it easier to find things.

I find the price on the 6' bully sticks to be great. I ordered what I think is a 12" as well, it didn't mention they are pencil thin,,,,or less. As for the Mednet Puppy Pads, horrendous. I have very small chihuahuas and these are not even adequate for a 5 lb. dog. VERY thin, a complete waste of money. Shipping time, very slow. I read some of the other reviews who posted about the fast shipping. That was certainly not my experience. It left on a timely basis and hit every small city between here and their home base. Same coast, one state away. I would have given the entire thing a 2 star if it wasn't for my satisfaction with the 6" bully stick.

I loved everything I ordered the only thing I had a problem with is they left my package by my garage door instead of putting it on my porch. Guess the delivery guy didn't want to go up a few steps.

Love the night lites for Bella & Brinkly, although I order 2 pink & 2 blue, when I received they were all pink and was kind of disappointed!

my dog is a very picky eater she loves the duck breast and chicken breast treats ,but the chicken wrap sweet potato she hasn't eaten yet .fair value on treats but the shipping takes to long .I would give more stars when shipping or price for shipping improves for shipping

Because there is so much competition on line, and so many pet supply sites, I shop price and delivery costs. This was my first time shopping at PetFlow ....I found that the shipping was much slower than other sites I have used for pet food. This was my only complaint, but , unless they deliver the food more quickly, I probably will not shop there again.

I ordered the Bully sticks and my order came quickly. The only problem is that the sticks are about the diameter of a #2 pencil or less. I buy the Cadet 12 inch bully sticks from Costco that are much thicker.. If I cut them in half the price comes out to be a few cents more than Petflow. It would be helpful if the description of the product include the dimensions of the sticks. I ordered the Bully sticks for my 6 month old Standard Poodle puppy. Unfortunately, she will only be able to use them as tooth picks.

I was excited to sign up and do the box for our new puppy, we purchased and orded. Got tracking # about 2 days later saying be delivered about 3-5 days later....then turned out to not get delivered almost two weeks later...I am sorry but that is just ridiculous. So that made me unhappy. Otherwise when we did get the box, everything in it was great.
