Being careful is always good, but holding the order waiting for the ve to get back to you deserves a phone call to the pet owner. In our case we were very short on food and hoping shipment would be prompt. We ended up bothering the vet yet again to ask if there was a substitute food. We paid more for the substitute food than what we ordered.

Box arrived with one strip of reinforced paper tape on top and bottom. Should be crossed taped on side flaps. Box arrived split open but luckily bag was intact.

Ordered four dog bones but only three came. Emailed that same day (a Saturday) and recieved an email that night saying they were sorry and they would send out another bone, with free shipping of course (should hope so, they were the ones that messed up the order). All in all it was acceptable.

I enjoy receiving our Spoiled Rotten Box every month and the Humans are more excited about it then our Pets. I just wish it had a little bit more for big dogs in it or that you would have the option to ask for a small/medium/large breed dog size box.

Shipping was very slow. I don't like to make a purchase and then wait forever for it. Fast shipping results in more return business.

My pets loved the treats I got from you, but the cat food wasn't much of a hit. Tigger just picked at it and then left it alone.

I enjoy the dragon toy I bought, my dogs love it! The other LED collars are enjoyable, but within no later than a day, they both frayed and are falling apart. I'm quite disappointed..

I ordered two dog "lights." The product is great, however both came with dead batteries - will have to buy new ones before I can actually start using them.
