But.....I only have a dog and clearly indicated that and everything but two items were for a cat. but once i called customer service they promptly apologized and returned my money. So I am still satisfied with the company Pet FLow!

I am going to give it a couple more shots. I have only received one shipment. The ordering, payment, the actual shipment and receipt of the package was fine. However, when I opened the box, the contents were not really what I expected. I was expecting more toys and the theme of this shipment was dental care. The contents were mostly all food products. The can of dog food was so badly dented, I threw the whole can away fearing the dogs could become sick if they ate that item. The one toy that was shipped was labeled as "for moderate chewers" and one of my dogs destroyed it in a matter of minutes. I do like the idea of the "spoiled rotten" box for the dogs as I would spend this money anyway; but, so far maybe a just average rating. :(

Got my Petflow box o'goodies,and glad I only paid the intro price! Did not value the items in the box as highly as you seemed,so don't feel that a monthly repeating would be in my pocketbooks best interest!

Check-out cart deleted first-time discount; wrote to customer service and had to correspond twice to get it resolved. It took over a week to receive a bag of dog food.

I'm sorry to say I was not very impressed with the box. Neither of my cats would eat any of the treats. My daughters dog did eat them but she will eat any and everything. I can't find the two toys. The best thing was the catnip papers. Bella loved them but Callie wouldn't touch them. I don't know if I just have finiky cats or what. They do eat other treats though. So, don't know what to say. Not sure if we will be continuing the program or not. Thanks!

I had high hopes for the Spoiled Rotten Box when I ordered it. I had to call the company to complete my order because the site wouldn't complete it. I have three dogs, 8lbs, 13lbs and 120lbs. Being Dachshunds and a German Shepherd Dog, they are all 'power' chewers! I was truly disappointed that there wasn't even one toy in the box. There was 1 can of food, 1 roll of food, 1 box of calming treats, 1 pack of Beef & Cheddar treats, 1 pack of tiny 'Brushless Toothpaste' treats, 1 spearmint star shaped chew, a key chain and a silicone teddy bear that you can bake or freeze treats in. If I gave that to any of my dogs it would be destroyed in minutes! All in all, $25 for a selection of treats is really expensive. I would have really liked at least one toy.

I love the concept, but when I received a very small box in the mail I admit I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. I think for about five dollars more I would buy a "bigger dog" box..
