The spoiled rotten box has very nice items, however I would like to be able to pick (and pay) for a "large dog" box. You would not give your teacup poodle the same toys or treats as you would your chocolate lab. I would LOVE the spoiled rotten box, if I knew if was going to be full of items that are appropriate for my 90lb, super chewer lab. There should be a size selection when ordering. : )

This was my first purchase on petflow.com. I wanted my order shipped to my son in another state. I paid for the order and clearly put in a different ship to address. It seemed to take forever so I started to track the order. Not only did it take forever, but it was shipped to my address so I now have to ship it again, at my expense out to his address, across the country. Not a very good first experience.

just received the box of doggie stuff, first of all they never question if you have a large breed or small breed dog. they place this card in box that gives you the price of each item, THANK GOD I did not order anything in particular, would be very disappointed to the size of package and price you had to pay for. Also they sent some kind of meat roll but it does not explain if you have to cook it or just give it to your pet. I have a large breed dog so these very tiny treats do not do her justice, gave them to a neighbor who has tiny dogs. The toy they sent was ok, good if your pet is not the destructive kind like mine, she had it destroyed in 5min. I do have to say that they do send a variety of items which did make it a bit more worth the long wait in transit for it to be delivered. I am just not sure if I will continue to get more future shippments.

The deliveries are convenient and accurate, however there are two things I do not like about my experience thus far. 1. In most deliveries I receive (all canned cat food), up to a third of the cans are dented. I know this can be dangerous, but I cannot afford to throw away this much food. I assume the product is not in this condition when it leaves the warehouse, so I think the deliveries need to be better packed or handled with care during shipping. 2. When I signed up for automatic deliveries, I assumed I was locked in at the price that I was quoted for the first delivery. However, it has come to my attention that Petflow varies the price of the products even for these repeat orders, so the cost can go up from month to month without notification or confirmation. I think the price should remain fixed at when the order was placed, with adjustments once a year for price increases.

Overpaid on your product and so far, dog won't eat the food. Could have bought at TSC for $11.99 and no shipping. Shame on me

I have only purchased on order from them. It was sent to the wrong address which was due to Pay Pal. I put the address I wanted into the Shipping information on the website and then selected the Pay Pal option. The address I wanted it to go to was not used. I had to pay $13 to get it to the correct address so they need to consider that when they offer Pay Pal.

I ordered the initial shipment of spoiled rotten pets. Luckily, I canceled before the regular full shipments started. My dogs didn't like part of the treats.. it was kind of like a sausage roll. I had to open the entire package, cut it up, and put it in another bag just to be able to use it. Needless to say, my dogs didn't really like it which is very unusual since they eat almost anything. The other product that was wasted was cleaning wipes. That is the last item I would have chose to put in a shipment. I don't know what I'll do with those. I hate to just throw them away but I won't use them. The spoiled rotten pet box is a good idea, but it needs to be items that aren't a waste of money. Maybe the company should ask more questions and gear the boxes toward small dogs... house dogs.... long hair... short hair... etc.

Got the product and love it, but I am disappointed in the so-called special that was not taken off with payment. The special was not even known by the customer service person who answered the phone. I had to beg for the discount.
