I wish that I could get a notice of the order being shipped prior to the shipped date. My preference would be to be advise 2 weeks prior to shipment. This would allow me to be aware of the order and adjust the date if as needed

We ordered 20 bully sticks at an amazing sale price along with a package of 8 rolls of poop bags. Everything came thrown in one big box which would have been fine because nothing is breakable. However, the package of 8 rolls of poop bags was torn open and there were only 7 rolls in the box. I tried to call customer service but after listening to on hold music for 5 minutes I got pushed to a voicemail saying no one is available to take my call. So , overall great prices but you may be missing some products.

No shipping invoice with package. Your rep stated it was on the shipping label, which it was. It did not explain, however, why part of my order was NOT shipped and if and when it was going to be shipped. Only AFTER I contacted your company was I informed what was going on. I should NOT have to spend my time contacting your company, but the info should have be forthcoming from your company when only part of my order was shipped!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PetFlow has done a fantastic job of keeping me posted when my recurring order is to arrive and providing the tracking information. Also, packing of order is great. That said, I am really disappointed at what appears to be decreasing quality and size of the Bocce Bakery products I am receiving. This last order of dog biscuits in two different flavors didn't look anything at all like the previous order of exactly the same thing. The one pack had barely any whole biscuits and were a lighter color and the other looks like there is a whole new recipe and smaller biscuit shape these days. I may cancel my subscription because of that

I would love to review this item, however I have not received it yet. Tracking indicates it was shipped on 12/21/2012 and it is now 01/01/2013. Shipping point was in New Jersey and I reside in Central Pennsylvania. I could have walked there and returned in less time. Please do not ship FedEx.

I ordered it said same week delivery I got it mid following week and one bag was punctured and leaked in package

Had to follow up to see if my order was even going to ship, which was over a week late. Then the auto-reorder date was queued off the original date. Ultimately it all worked out and rescheduling the reorder was a breeze. My dog is picky on eating 'old' food, so I'm sensitive in regards to timing!
