Good prices and fast delivery. My only complaint is that you can't cancel or change an order without calling or emailing customer service. I hate that you have to always pay shipping 4.49 even if what you are getting can fit in an envelope and weighs less then an ounce like a collar oh wait you can pay $49 and opt out of shipping lol. And the sizing chart is horible i got my dog a small based on it and it was huge on him got other dog amedium same problem i put the medium on my grandmas dog who at the store wears a xL in big dog collars and sewed up the small to fit my medium sized dog. I still have not gotten my order i ordered the 12 of december and the order i ordered first took two and a half weeks they need a new carrier. Fedexsucks. And if u are just ordering a collar or a keychain they should put it in an envelope and you should not have to pay shipping unless it is heavy or something.

Petflow still has not delivered a product that I ordered. It has been over a week. The dog food samples and dog bone were delivered quickly. The stuffed dog toy still is MIA.

I ordered two Mountain Boston Terrier tee shirts for Christmas gifts very late in the season (12/14). I was hoping that they would arrive before Christmas but i was prepared for them to arrival shortly after. I was elated to recieve an email informing me that my order had shipped on 12/18 and was provided a shipment tracking number. I received my order on 12/20 however upon opening the package, only one of the two tee shirts were shipped. The packing list showed 2 ordered, 1 shipped and 0 backordered. Upon calling PetFlow, I was informed they only had one of the two tee shirts to ship in the size that I ordered. Had Petflow communicated the stockout before they shipped, I may have elected to change the size or order another item. Other than the lack of communication concerning the out of stock situation, I was pleased with the online ordering process, the processing time and the product.

they shipped my items from Dayton nj to keasby nj to Edison nj to Allentown pa and back to Barnegat nj all via fed ex. Then fed ex drops it at local post office for delivery....that took a week for me to get. l live in nj...approx. 75 miles from original ship. They should have just mailed it to me...l would have had on 1 day...2 tops. AWFUL....

Your prices are very good. The shipping was quick, too. But I was disappointed that when the cases of cans arrived, many of them were smashed. The packaging was not damaged in shipping. The cans had to have been placed in the packaging and shipped in a smashed condition. Out of the 3 cashes purchased, 8 canswere smashed very badly and others (not the 8) were less smashed. I was afraid to use these smashed cans as I was afraid the seals were compromised.

My order appeared not to be processed. I checked the ship date schedule and it said RX confirmation pending. I never received an email inquiring about the RX, so if I hadn't called I never would have received the order, which arrived close to 2 weeks past ship date. I was frustrated. The problem has since been solved and now I have their food.

I was very happy with their service until recently. I ordered something that I thought was in stock, due to the fact they charged me for it and showed it on my bill, only to get my order and only part of it was there! To make things worse they had charged me for shipping too since the lack of the rest of my order brought the total below the $49 required for free shipping! This all happened without my knowledge of it! I did not receive any kind of notification that any of this was going to transpire. I only found out that something was wrong when I received the order and part of it wasn't there. I called them and they tried to make things right, after the fact, by sending me something a little different from what I ordered. I am just glad that the missing/then delayed items were not a Christmas gift that I needed before Christmas! The only other problem I have is the amount of time it takes to get my dog food. With 3 hungry dogs in the house, I try to order when I see that they are getting low, but when it takes longer than I thought to get their food, I start feeling a little desperate! There also has been issues with delivery when the box arrives smashed and torn open and lying on my front porch. One day, back during hot weather, they left the box sitting right under my window air conditioner where water sometimes drips out pretty fast. Luckily the water had not penetrated the dog food sack even though the outer box was getting pretty wet. I would have hated to have found it hours later only to be drenched! I was home all along but they never ring the doorbell or knocked to let us know that something waited for us on the porch! One day it was raining and they left the box about half way or more toward the edge of the porch instead of up against the house or front door. It was a good thing that the wind was not blowing the rain in on the dog food! My husband and I are reconsidering if we want to continue using this service or have to go back to him having to leave for work early so that he can pick up the dog food for the dogs on his way to work! *Also I forgot to mention that he part of my order missing was the little round lights that I put on my dogs so that I can see them at night when I take them out to potty. I had ordered more because the last time I got 3 and only 2 of them worked! I also was hoping that the new ones would work better since the 2 lights that do work go off way to easy. All it takes is for my dogs to shake their heads and the light goes off immediately. This happened to my Basset Hound and my 2 Miniature Dachshunds! They turn off way too easily when the dogs are outside!
