Dog food arrived quickly but was packaged poorly. The air pouches didn't even have air in them so there was no point in even including them in the box. Dog food bag also had a hole in it.

As soon as I put the light on her collar, she started running around with it on. The joustling of her collar turned off the light. The light was nice and bright, but not for long. She did this every time I turned it on. I tried putting it onto the collar different ways, but she could flip it off in seconds.

I have been receiving deliveries of my cat's food and litter for quite some time now and I loved it. But recently, I enrolled in the Spoiled Rotten plan. I am thinking that the price of the box was over $20 but the "value" was supposed to be much higher. My first shipment came last week. I was extremely disappointed. There was some freeze dried food that you add water to before you feed the cats, a can of food, a cheap wire brush, a toy or two - none of which my 3 cats will play with, and a plastic bracelet for me that said "I love my cats". There really isn't anything in the box I would ever use. I will do the responsible thing, however, and take it to the local animal shelter. If this is the stuff that was in the very first ever shipment - I'm positive I don't want a second.

My order #1014520 was not correct. I ordered 5 Pet LED lights, white and 5 Pet LED lights, blue and a few other items. I have received my order, it was incorrect. My shipping list showed 5 pet led lights as being shipped. I only received 3 blue lights. I would like to have my order corrected. I was charged as though I had received all items. I will not be happy with pet flow until my order is corrected, I want the items I ordered.
