I like the prices and wide selection of food from Petflow, but we get entirely too many cans that are badly dented. Frequently the cats will not eat the food from the dented cans, so that tells me they are bad. The problem is bad enought hat we will not be ordering canned food from them anymore.

I love PetFlow's fast shipping with FedEx and how I'm able to cancel my orders online if I made a mistake or changed my mind. Their customer support is fabulous (except for one email representative who is not as helpful). They used to have live online chat customer support, which they have discontinued! I am very disappointed by that and wish they'd bring it back. My biggest problem with PetFlow is when they are out of stock on some products you ordered, they often do not notify you of it! So beware if you order trial products (which are also sometimes past their expiration dates). And if your adjusted order total falls below a minimum required for free shipping, you will be charged for shipping even though you are not at fault. Fix these problems and PetFlow would be my favorite online pet food site to shop at!

I have been impressed with PetFlow since I first ordered through them. The confirmations were prompt, and processing and delivery were also very speedy. However, my last order contained 3 items. The order was placed several weeks ago. I have only received one of the three items and have not gotten any information regarding separate shipments or anything. This has been off-putting. Not the kind of service I like to deal with.

I do the automatic order because my dog has food allergies, I had to go on a hunt to find some food because mine never got sent. This is a huge problem and I never got an email or any notification that it was not coming. I was very upset because it would cost us a ton of vet bills if I had to change her food that quickly. I hope I recieve my order as planned this next month or I will find a new company to go through.

I ordered a package of bully sticks of the same brand (Cadet Gourmet) which I have ordered in the past from different vendors. The quality of the bully sticks has declined greatly since I had them last. One was about 1.5" thick, and the rest were thinner than drinking straws so my dogs (one puppy teething and one powerful older chewer) got through them astonishingly fast. Not sure if this is a custom package made for PetFlow or a manufacturer's problem, but I'm not happy with them nor with the fact that it took eleven days to arrive. Again might or might not be the fault of Petflow. I will purchase from them again in a few months, but not the same product.

I have been using Pet Flow for the last few months and getting shipments from Las Vegas. My last shipment was shipped from New Jersey, making the arrival four days late. I ran out of food and had to purchase something equivalent at the local pet store and mix it with my remaining food to make it last. I was very disappointed that the email that was sent to me saying the food was shipping next week would be coming from New Jersey to California. If I had known, I would have called and had the food sent earlier.

It's great having the cats' medicine delivered to the door. Saves me a trip. However, when Petflow tell me that the prescription has not been renewed, I go and collect two bags of Rx Biscuits. The following week, Petflow deliver. I now have 4 bags of the damn Rx biscuits. Grrrrr, annoying.

Prescription from vet was on file and I received an email that my order was received and would be shipped. After 4 days, I checked order status and it showed as pending. When I called support, they said they needed script from my vet (even though written script was on file). My vet phoned immediately to complete order. It still took 4 days from this phone call for order to ship. This delay is not acceptable. Will not order from here again b
