I would like to give PetFlow five stars for their easy to use website, great prices and friendly customer service. BUT, there is clearly a problem with how the food I order is warehoused or shipped. I have ordered the same premium kibble three times from PetFlow and each time the bag arrived with the vacuum seal broken. I am leery of feeding my dog with food that is not factory sealed.

We go to Florida in Dec and January. I called to get order sent to our home address in Nov, then Florida, then back to our home address in Feb. The rep said, "no problem" (to schedule that way in advance). November shipment was on its way not to our home address but to Florida when I called again. THIS rep said it isn't possible to schedule deliveries to different addresses in advance but that I need to change the address each month a few days before shipment goes out. I finally got my order but a week late. The next 4 orders showing online were not what I had set up but also not what rep said she saw on her screen for my orders! Confusing information!

This is the first time that I was disappointed in you company. My order was sent incomplete and without and explaination of why and when the rest of my order would be sent out. If I would have not called I would not have known.

It took a long time for my order to be filled. I thought since it is shipped Fed Ex it would arrive quickly but I didn't get my order until 10 days after placing the order.

The service is convenient, but they pack the food with little padding so cans usually have dents in them.

As one of the original clients of PetFlow automatic delivery who stopped using them, not because of their price, service or products but because my primary dog that ate the majority of food died, I was disappointed upon reordering. I had purchased dog food along with some great introductory specials they offered but I deferred delivery as I didn't need food at that time. Upon delivery I only received the dog food I ordered and not the other items. After inquiring as to why that happened I was informed that they were sold out of those products. Had I known that I would not have been receiving them in the deferred delivery date order I would have asked for immediate shipment to ensure I received them. Lesson learned but I wish it had been clear to me upon ordering.

I love pet flow.. great prices and quick shipping. BUT, I was disappointed this time because something I ordered was not available that I was really waiting to get. Instead of sending an email saying I was not going to get it, I just got an order that was "short" with no explaination.... and I was STILL charged for the items! I had to email them and then CALL because I really wanted the item and not a refund! I was simply told that they were sold out. Ok, well then WHY did it let me order???

This is mainly for people who have several pets and need a lot of supplies. For the majority of people who have only one pet, it gets a little disappointing when all the promotions are only for repeat orders. It sure is nice to get pet stuff delivered to the door, though!
