the order was late fedx said it would be here one day but did not come till the next day cookies all broken bully stick bag ripped open the shipping box all busted up not happy this not the first the cookies were all broken

Wait 8 days for an order and had to contact petflow, only to be told it was cancelled. They didn't even both to tell us. You lost a customer.

Not good, PetFlow showed some cat treats I’ve been trying to find were in stock. My order got canceled a week later. I was unhappy that it got canceled, but nothing can be done when the treats aren’t in stock. I wish they updated their website a lot sooner then advertising they were in stock when they weren’t.

No shipping notification, no canceled order notification, no out-of-stock notification, no label on the package... Weak customer service. Sloppy company from top to bottom.

Ordered in-stock item; delayed, delayed, cancelled.

This is the 2nd auto-ship order I’ve placed and it’s had nothing but issues. The shipping is never in the timeframe that you set it up so the small discount is not worth having to buy a bag since the order is now delayed by 2-3 weeks. I’ve had great experiences with OnlyNaturalpet.com with their auto ship program

Never received the order and order was canceled.

I submitted an order for delivery ASAP. My dog is allergic to everything and this is the ONLY food she can eat. I called Petflow after submitting the order to make sure they had it and that it would ship out that day. I realized a few days later while looking for shipping status that it NEVER shipped!! It’s Saturday and I’m expecting it, and my vet is closed! I can’t get her food without a prescription!!! They couldn’t tell me why it didn’t except maybe they were behind. They don’t overnight and no offer to make it right!! I will never trust them again!!!!
