Their prices were the same or slightly higher than those in my local pet store. Add shipping onto that and I end up paying more. I have no plan to work with them again, unless some really good deal comes into play. Otherwise the experience was fine, shipping was quick.

Prices about the same as at my vets and in pet store chains. Added convenience of delivery a big plus especially their automatic delivery on your set schedule. Only issue I have is that they frequently are out of stock of a prescription diet food I use and you don't know that until after the partial order ships. I then find myself scrambling to find the food. Very inconvenient!!

I ordered on-line. Somehow the order got lost. I called -the person told me the order somehow got overlooked. Delivery came 5 days later and we were very close to no food for our dog.

Experience ordering was great, no complaints, and they have a wide selection of products at good prices. I will order from them again. My one issue is with their shipping. I was going out of town and really needed one of the items to arrive before I left. I called their customer service to see if the expected shipping date could be moved up. The gentleman I spoke with assured me the order would be shipped in time for it to arrive before I left. The order ended up being shipped in three separate boxes. Fortunately, the box I needed did come before I ran out of the old food, but one of the boxes did not even ship until after I had left town (at least a week after the rep promised it would be shipped).

I bought EVO chicken and turkey and got EVO chicken and turkey, delivered without a problem. It's a good thing that I knew exactly what I was looking for because their website is a nightmare if you're looking to comparison shop or buy something other than a specific food. If you want to buy a cat toy there is no section. Of course you can do a search for "toys" and come up with a list of food for toy dogs. It's a mess. There is a way make products more easily found, in fact just about eveyone else out there does it. I'll continue to buy cat food from them because I know exactly what brand I want. But I'm sure not going to waste my time looking for other stuff.

The kitty litter was great. Although it is the same I can buy locally, having it delivered is a help. The 8 25 # boxes came in 4 cardboard boxes. That is, each cardboard box had 2 25# boxes of litter. Of the 8 25# boxes, 4 were broken. One was heavily damaged. The 4 leaked litter. Fortunately, the leaked litter mostly went into the cardboard box. One didn't. That is, I couldn't control the spill. The cardboard boxes had some packaging material. it didn't seem to help---wasn't enuf or wasn't the correct packing material for this heavy item.

The idea of having pet food delivered to our home is great! The prices on PetFlow were competitive with local retailers and with the coupon PetFlow offered it was actually cheaper! I love how easy it was to place the order and find the dog food waiting on our porch. My only complaint is that the shipping process took longer than expected. I ended up having to go to our local pet store to buy a bag of food because our dog had completely run out and the PetFlow order had not yet arrived. This was a bit frustrating. I am hoping our next bag arrives closer to the expected delivery date.

Ordering process very easy. Product arrived surprisingly fast. 2 cans of food were damaged and leaking. Per customer service instructions, I sent back the upc's for a refund. We'll see what happens. I will order again, but if merchandise continues to arrive damaged, not worth it.
