I only ordered because of the special deal of treats for $0.01 but when I ordered and paid, I get an email saying it's not available anymore. I don't like that. They should know how many quantities were available and have it set when people are purchasing them. I will not order from a company who tricks customers that way.

LOL LOL LOL are you kidding. I just received my 2nd reply to my email from this company turning down my request to return the product I purchased. I opened the product so they would not accept it as a return. I AM AT A TOTAL LOSS AS TO HOW YOU CAN DETERMINE THAT YOU DON'T WANT A PRODUCT UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU OPEN IT! My dog took 2 bites of one item, would not let his lips touch either of the other 2 items I offered him. Accordingly, silly me, thinking "100% Guarantee" Really Meant 100% Guarantee, sent a nice email explaining my dogs' reaction & was told since I opened the product they would not accept a return. I have since found Many complaints about this company so I guess my own fault for not searching those out first (I usually do), so this is a first for me! WOW, first China with their poisoned food & now a wonderful American company taking advantage & making false promises. By the way, I was REALLY excited to try some product made in the USA for my 9.5 year Chihuahua. An interesting story regarding another company I found online with USA products. When I contacted them to return a part of the shipment my Chi didn't like they said not a problem but don't ship it back, give it to someone you know with a dog & they will hopefully become a customer. They also chose an item that they think my dog might enjoy & it is in the mail to us as we speak. Now THAT is Customer Service & Honesty. They also said so sorry your dog didn't like it. Oh my, good people do still exist...just very few & far between.

I attempted to order thru the web site and to send my order to a different address, it gave me nothing but problems, so I cancelled out and tried to order again but more problems arose. So I cancelled out again not ordering or authorizing anything. I traveled over 1250 miles to my destination and low and behold I had 2 mails that indicated my orders has been shipped. I did not authorize any order on the website. I called customer service when I could the next day and they have indicated that I can send my wrong and not authorized orders back but they will charge me for the shipping. I have had multiple mails back and forth and from them back they refuse to honor their mistake and make me pay, which I will not I have accepted one order that got to my destination four days later but the 2nd order which is 1250 miles away is not returnable because I cannot return it until I'm back off vacation just before the Thanksgiving, they are steadfast on their policy which I have discussed with them get one answer then another. I would never order from them again. In this case they should have bent a little bit as it was their mistake and I never hit confirm order. Arthur Zysk [email protected]

I checked my routing number and it said my order had been delivered. Yeah, it had been delivered, back in Nj, not Angier NC where I live and my credit card has still been charged for it. Now they want me to reorder. Are these people crazy or what? And, yes, please share my comments with the company. I plan to call them tomorrow.

Ordered a prescription diet - they did not contact the vet as they said they would to confirm prescription and after several days of no shipment confirmation, emailed the prescription. Then was told the order, which contained other foods, was to be sent that day. I received the other products - but no prescription diet; the shipment confirmation email had the prescription diet listed as being in the shipment. I contacted Petflow that the prescription diet had not been received - was told it would be sent that day and a shipment confirmation would be sent. No confirmation of shipment received. Emailed asking for status (has now been almost 3weeks since order originally placed) - and was told item was back ordered with no projected date for delivery. Not the way to run a business - especially a prescription diet for a dog that has to eat only this. Fortunately, I had enough food and obtained the diet elsewhere. Would not recommend this site for prescription diets - they should of notified me immediately that the food was not available!!!!

Inconsistent shipping . Products made in China with poor return policy. Not customer focused. Walk arond with calclators . Way to many e-mails

I have only ordered once from this company, and don't plan on using them again. I ordered a variety of dog chews in an organic muslin bag. The ingredients in each kind of chew were listed on the website, I read these closely as I'm very careful to only feed my boy all organic Non GMO & species appropriate food (so store-bought treats are rare for him!). As they were listed on the website, there was only 1 treat out of 9 that he wouldn't be able to eat, so I went ahead and ordered. The item arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and was intact. The issue is, the treats had entirely different ingredients listed on the labels! I was only able to give him 3 of the 9 treats, not worth the $ spent. I would reconsider this company if they were to make an attempt to clearly list each food ingredient. I did have a good experience otherwise, fast shipping, etc. but I can't be flexible on food additives If your dog has allergies I'm sure you can relate. My 4 year old boy (pom mix) has been cancer free for a year now, and I aim on keeping him that way!

viewed a promotion of light up dog tags 90%-this company used this as gimmick to get you to buy other products. I was soon notified that everything was available to ship except the light up dog tags were no longer in stock and could not ship.1 week later they appeared for sale of their website again. They should have backordered the items rather than tell me that they were no longer available. Now your have to order more products to get the dog tags. Really???
