PetflowReviews of petflow.com

My order was not made due to the fact that I could not get payment approved. There was nothing wrong with my debt card or another credit card but neither card ever went through and you people never followed up on it. I will not order from your site again.

Apparently everything I ordered was no longer available but no one let me know until I inquired about why it had not arrived. Very poor customer service.

I ordered food to be delivered. It arrived and I began the process of mixing with their old food. In just two days I noticed the food was making BOTH of my dogs itch. I stopped the mixing and the itching stopped. I let them now that of this and asked for a refund. The refund was denied which was unexpected but I understand policy is policy. What made me swear off this merchant forever was the total disregard for my dogs' health; not one word of concern from their customer service rep. I also was hoping they would let the manufacturer know of this issue. The rep was too busy doing PS.. PSS. sales pitches in the email. Since it's all about sales for PetFlow they can count me out! I let me facebook friends know of this as well.

I had ordered the "special" 99 cent treat. I think the add was deceiving. I didn't expect to get 1 little snack then pay $5 for shipping?? Some deal

I placed two separate orders for Fussie Cat. Both orders were wrong. Bernard in Customer service was rude, dismissive, argumentative and blamed me for he wrong order before finally blaming the Fussie Cat company. He did NOT try to reconcile things with me. He said he would get to the bottom of it and contact me. That resulted in a few emails where he blew me off, took no responsibility for Petflow messing up BOTH orders and suggested I contact Fussie Cat to complain---even though it was Petflow who messed up both orders. He wouldn't call me back. Fussie Cat is a great food which my cat loves. Thank goodness I found a new company to order from bc I will NEVER do business with Petflow as long as Bernard is allowed to ruin Petflow's reputation and interact with loyal customers. He has a terrible attitude. Surely there are others who need a job who would actually be helpful!...if any of you have any trouble, ask for Steve as he is awesome!

I wanted to order some products totally less than 15 dollars and it wouldn't let me because the site changed to have a 15 dollar minimum and 5 dollar shipping. Probably won't order again. Not enough value

One of the products I received didn't work and the other I got the wrong quality.

I don't think I will be coming bacl
