I measured my dogs old collar to make sure I got the right size. When I received the new collar it was way too big. It would cost me more money for postage to send it back so I just took the loss. Very disappointed.

Shipping was slow and product damaged due to poor packing in my opinion. I ordered from 3 pet food companies on the same day. Got two orders two days after purchase and then I received my petflow order on the 6th day after ordering (verified that item was in stock before order). Before then I had contacted CS. Not only were they closed (unlike the others who are 24/7) once I did get a hold of them they simply DID NOT care. I only spend 70.00 a month on dog food however I expected them to at least show an iota of concern. I would never recommend them, I will go out of my way to make sure that friends, family, colleagues never use them. YMMV however I am not shocked to see that they have an F rating with the BBB. Addendum - Afterwards I did contact them via email, the rep who replied was helpful and efficient so I am at least thankful for that but for me the damage was already done

this company did not send my item on time but mailed it 5 days later and billed me a full seven days e before shipping. They did not give me tracking info and refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. They suck

I will not use Petflow again. Due to back orders my order was never shipped and I ran out of food waiting two times. I order online for convenience. You kept my money and my order without communication. I will expect it to finally arrive by Wednesday. Your answer when called 2x was sorry, oh here's a code for $5 off your next order. Seriously??

Ordered some cat food and after 9 days it was not delivered. Called to see status and was told that they had ran out of this food. I never received and email to this effect. I asked if this was still charged to my credit card. It was so I told the customer service rep to delete it and cancel my order. This was not good business on your part. I doubt if I will ever order again from you A Joseph Zambito

Placed order three times with different credit or debit card and all refused. Crazy bad business. I wish your ads would quit showing up on my computer since you are not a legit business. My cards were and still are valid, so either send my purchases or leave me alone. I followed all the steps, got a confirmation and several hours later it came back canceled because my card was not valid. Well, i use them all the time to order online and never a minutes trouble. Just your fake site.

Worst customer service and website. They make promises but don't deliver.
